How we digitized the promotions in the Face Fit studio chains

Since the opening of the FACE FIT studio in Afimall City, there has been an ongoing promotion: a 44% discount on the first massage ($25 instead of $40), and every 11th massage is free.

The first studio opened up in Moscow City's Afimall shopping center at the end of 2018. To get the flow of first clients and add them into the loyalty program, the studio placed the promotion terms and the QR code for card-issuing right on their window display.
Since the first studio opening, we launched the service and helped gather a base of loyal regular clients.
Placing a QR code on the studio's facade allowed the salon to convert the shopping center customers into Face Fit clients.

3 months after starting the service, the salon managed to get the following results:
  1. 341 promotion participants installed a card.
  2. Gave out 1430 stamps.
  3. Clients earned 59 rewards.
  4. And received 49.

Because of the promotion offering a bonus on the first visit, the studio formed their first base of regular clients and reached the break-even point in 3 months.
The promotion brought $12,000 of net profit to the salon in the fourth month.

A couple of months later, a request came from a client asking to digitize subscriptions for studio procedures.

As you see from the promo materials, the stamp is placed on the card after each procedure costing 1,000 rubles or more. Such crediting terms motivate clients to increase their check amount, and you get additional income without spending money on advertising.

All charges to cards are executed automatically through integration with YCLIENTS. The client can always view the statistics in his personal account following this link:
12 months after starting the service, the salon managed to get good results:
  1. Issued 2,175 loyalty cards.
  2. Gave out 14,727 stamps.
  3. Clients earned 767 rewards.
  4. And received 595.

In addition to retention, the service attracts new customers for free through a referral program and collects feedback with the publication on Google Maps.

One hour after the visit, the client receives a free PUSH where he’s asked to leave a service review:
If his experience was neutral, we simply ask that he shares his card.
If the client had a good experience, we offer that he shares a card with his friend and leave a review on the cards.
If the client was left with a bad impression, we send his contacts to the salon administrator to find out the reason for the negative experience.
